[Author Bio]

Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas are the two founders of Zentangle. Rick has a rich and diverse background in various industries, including a 17-year period as a monk. Before encountering Zentangle, Maria was a well-known local calligrapher, typist, and botanical illustrator.
The two founders discovered Zentangle through a chance yet inevitable experience. They created a ritualistic creative process for Zentangle art, designed the basic elements of creation, and hope that through this simple yet beautiful art form, more people can awaken the artist within themselves, feel every moment, and experience the joy of creation in a stress-relieving and calming state!

[Publication Notes]

The Good Heart Art team, together with several CZT members, spent nearly a year translating the original English version of "The Book of Zentangle." The entire team meticulously reviewed every word of the book, focusing on the origins, beautiful stories, philosophical insights, and practice methods that the founder wished to share and explain. Their aim was to convey this content authentically to everyone who is passionate about and loves Zentangle, using more easily understood Chinese vocabulary.
As the only authorized professional organization in Asia for Zentangle, Inc. to host the CZT-Asia Seminar and the official representative of Zentangle, Inc. in Asia, Good Heart Art has been committed to promoting Zentangle art in Asia. Since 2016, Good Heart Art has been organizing the CZT-Asia Seminar and zenAgain Asia events. Through continuous teaching practice and self-practice, Good Heart Art has gained a deeper understanding of Zentangle and hopes to continue providing Zentangle art enthusiasts with various official Zentangle information through persistent efforts, conveying beauty with awareness.
