Prior to zenAgain in 2018, Maria created a beautiful Zentangle piece inspired by the work of German artist Ernst Haeckel. You'll be lost in the beautiful interplay of patterns and nature, the Fibonacci spirals, and the captivating hues.
Rick and Maria both deeply love nature and the artistic beauty that geometry reveals in the natural world. Haeckel's work possesses this quality and holds many surprising elements worth exploring. We decided to make exquisite prints of Maria's paintings, and later felt they should be made into beautiful silk scarves... so, we ended up with both.
