Since 1949, the United States has observed people's mental health awareness every May. Many businesses, organizations, schools, and individuals focus on those affected by mental illness during this month and propose innovative ideas, activities, and programs to support the treatment and prevention of mental illness.

Many people suffering from mental health symptoms have found that artistic creation can serve as a therapeutic approach and have a very positive impact on their condition. Even those without mental illness can benefit from regular artistic practice, which can help relieve stress, increase confidence, and promote mental well-being.

Zentangle is a simple yet effective art form that opens a gateway to creativity and the inner artist. Using simple steps and basic strokes, anyone can create beautiful images through Zentangle. In collaboration with our friend Sakura in the US, we designed this Project Pack to highlight the importance of art and creativity in people's mental well-being, and to use Zentangle as a way to unlock the inner artist. This Project Pack includes beautiful drawing tools from Sakura, as well as special items designed by Zentangle to celebrate and pay tribute to the inner artist.

The tools in Project Pack will be used in conjunction with a series of videos, and each video will guide you through creating with Zentangle, exploring different Zentangle techniques and philosophies together.
